Question 1: What is the promotion?

As a proud sponsor of UEFA Champions League, Walkers MAX is offering you the chance to win the ultimate UEFA Champions League 2025 final experience! Two lucky winners will grab a pair of tickets to the 2025 final in Munich on the 31st May. Plus, enter now for the chance to win UEFA Champions League Footballs and Hoodies.

 

Question 2: What is the Prize and how many winners will there be?

Instant Win: There are 280 UEFA Champions League Footballs and 1,330 UEFA Champions League Hoodies to be won during the Instant Win promotional period.

Grand Prize Draw: Two x trips for two to the UEFA Champions League Final in Munich on the 31st May 2025, including two UEFA Champions League Final Tickets, return economy flights from a UK international airport, return private transfers from Munich airport to hotel, 2 night’s accommodation in a 4* hotel, and £500 (or € equivalent) towards expenses. These winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Instant Win promotional period.

 

Wrap Up Draw: There are 40 UEFA Champions League Hoodies to be won during the Wrap Up Draw promotional period. These winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw promotional period.

 

Question 3: When is the promotion running?

The Instant Win Promotional Period is running from 10:00 20 January 2025 until 23:59 23 March 2025.

 

The Wrap Up Draw is running from 00:00 on 24 March 2025 to 23:59 on 24 June 2025.

Question 5: How will I know if I have won?

Instant Win: If you are a winner, you will be instantly notified on screen. You will then receive a confirmation email sent to the email address used at time of entry. To claim, click on the unique claim link in the email which will take you to a claim form to confirm your details and provide a delivery address for your prize. If you’re a hoodie winner, you will also be asked to provide your preferred size.

 

Grand Prize Draw: If you are a provisional winner, you will be contacted via the email address you provided on entry within 3 working days of the Grand Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact you during this time. If you do not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserve the right to disqualify and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve Winners may have less time to respond.

 

Wrap Up Draw: If you are a provisional winner, you will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 days of the Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility within 14 days of initial contact. If you do not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in the Wrap Up Prize Draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the Prize. 

 

Question 6: If I win, how long will I have to claim my prize?

If you’re a winner congratulations! 

Instant win: You will have 14 days from initial contact to follow the instructions in the confirmation email. Don’t miss out!  You will be sent a unique claim link by email which, when clicked, will take you to a prize claim form where you will be asked to confirm your details and provide a delivery address for your prize. If you are a hoodie winner, you will also be asked to provide your preferred size. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from date of claim.

Grand Prize Draw: If you are a provisional winner, you will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of Grand Prize Draw Winner Selection. If you do not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserve the right to disqualify and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner.

 

Wrap Up Draw: You will have 14 days from initial contact to follow the instructions in the confirmation email. Don’t miss out! Your prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming your details.

Question 6: If I win a hoodie, can I choose my size?

You can select their preferred size when completing the claim from one of the sizes below:

We cannot guarantee your preferred size and are unable to exchange prizes for another size once sent.

If your size is not available, we will contact you and offer you the nearest available sizes.

Question 7: I have not received my email within 48 hours of my win. Who do I contact?

We’re sorry to hear that. First, please check your spam/junk folder as it may well have ended up there. If not, please contact us here and we will look into it.

 

Question 8: I have not received my prize, or there is a problem with my prize, who should I contact?

Instant Win: If you do not receive your prize, please email walkersmax@promotioncustomerservices.com and we will look into it.

Prizes will usually be delivered within 28 days from date of claim (i.e. the date that you click on your claim link and complete your claim form) but in the unlikely event that your prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days, or there is a problem with your prize, you will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter.

Grand Prize: Your prize details will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. In the unlikely event that prize details don’t arrive within this timeframe, you will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter.

 

Wrap Up Draw: Your prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. In the unlikely event that a prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, you will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter.

Question 10: How can I enter?

To enter just follow these steps:

  1. Purchase a promotional pack.
  2. Scan the QR code or visit https://www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/walkers/uefa-champions-league.
  3. Log in or register for an account by entering your name, email address and country.
  4. Once logged in, complete online entry form by entering your unique 12-character code found in the best before box to find out instantly if you have won a UEFA Champions League Football or Hoodie.
  5. All entrants will be entered into the prize draw to win a UEFA Champions League 2025 final experience in Munich for 2.

 

Question 11: Do I need to purchase a pack of Walkers MAX to take part?

Yes. This is a purchase necessary promotion for all parts of the UK and ROI.

 

Question 12: Where can I find my pack code?

The unique 12-character pack code can be found in the Best Before box on the back of the crisp packet.

 

Question 13: How old do I have to be to enter the promotion?

You have to be 18+ to participate in the promotion.

 

Question 14: I live in the Republic of Ireland; can I enter the promotion?

Yes, if you live in the Republic of Ireland you can participate!

 

Question 15: How many times can I enter the promotion?

You may enter twice a day.

 

Question 16: Can I win multiple times?

A maximum of one Instant Win Prize & one Grand Prize will be awarded per person.

 

Question 17: I have missed the closing date of the instant win promotion but still have a promotional pack. Can I still participate in the promotion?

If you’ve missed the closing date of 23:59 23 March 2025, you can still participate in our Wrap Up Draw! The Wrap Up Draw will run from 00:00 on 24 March 2025 and 23:59 on 24 June 2025.

 

Question 18: How can I enter the Wrap Up Draw?

You can enter the wrap up draw between 00:00 on 24 March 2025 and 23:59 on 24 June 2025. To enter the wrap up draw, follow these steps:

  1. Purchase a promotional pack.

  3. Log in or register for an account by entering your name, email address and country.
  4. Once logged in, complete online entry form by entering your unique 12-character code found in the best before box.
  5. 40 Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Period within 5 working days of the close of the Wrap Up Prize Draw promotional period.
  6. The provisional Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility.
  7. Your Prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details.
